 Questionable value, 2007-04-05
I ignored the comment I read indicating that this product is cheaply made -- but shouldn't have. It works well enough, but I'm afraid that it will meet an untimely demise. Not a good value for the money paid -- there have got to be better deals out there.

 Just what I wanted, 2007-03-16
I love the smell of an essential oil in the air. I've tried tealight burners, a smear on a low-burning lamp, and a miniature crockpot designed for aromatherapy. The PearlEssence Spa Mist is absolutely the best ever for diffusing an odor and continuing to diffuse it for an extended period of time. Because I live in a humid climate, I was concerned that misting would only add to mold problems and perhaps mar wooden furniture. The cool mist instantly absorbs even into our air. The light show of the base can be turned off, but I like it most of the time. Product was offered for $10 less than at a well-known local natural market chain, and shipping was free with my order over $25 with other products.

I was looking for a small size humidifier. This one is small, nice design, has changing colors, BUT it works a couple of hours and then runs out of water. So as a humidifier it is not efficient enough. It can be used different way. I bought a pack of scented oils and use Spa Mist for aromatherapy. It gives some humidity, plus nice lights, plus nice scent in the room. It really helps to relax and to fall asleep. And it turns off automatically. I do need scented candles any more.

Noisier than I expected, 2007-03-09
I was hoping for something I could leave on while sleeping but this little thing is too noisey. I was going to send it back but for the price, it wasn't worth it. I have tried one of those smokey misters and that just dripped everywhere. At least this one doesn't make a mess, just wish it was quiet.

Mister, 2007-02-19
I have never used a mister like this before. The lights changing is very pretty and restful. When it is misting it works great. I don't actually see the mist though unless I look for it. I have trouble with having to clean it a lot. I use water from our well which is goes through a conditioner system. Bottled water may be less of a problem. Also, it doesn't hold much water so if you run it a lot you have to add water quite frequently, therefore clean quite frequently. Using oils in this is very nice. I'm not sure if I would buy another one like this or not. The principle is great however.
